Shipping policy

 

How long will my order take to be delivered?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Orders are not processed on certain holidays. If we are experiencing high volumes of orders, there may be a slight delay in shipment. If there is a significant delay then you will be contacted.

Orders made within Sydney Metropolitan area take 1-2 business days following dispatch with AusPost. In some cases, there may be a delay. 

For the rest of NSW and Interstate, delivery takes between 3-9 business days with AusPost following dispatch depending which state you live in. 

If you have given incorrect address for delivery and the package is returned to our office then you will be responsible for paying $9.70 for a re-delivery fee.  We are not responsible for the order being shipped to the incorrect address if it was given by the customer.

What are the delivery costs?

Orders over $99 have free shipping and orders that are less than $99, shipping is a flat $9.70 for standard shipping Australia wide. Express shipping is also available  at $15.00

 

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver Australia wide via AusPost on business days and not on weekends or public holidays. Shipping is defaulted to standard shipping.

Do you ship international? 

No, But we are looking into shipping worldwide!
