What is Your Refund Policy?
Refunds may be issued for the following reasons:
Order arrived Broken.
Order was not delivered.
Wrong order was received.
In most cases we send replacements when an error has been made.
Refunds are NOT issued for the following reasons:
No longer in need of product.
Deciding to cancel order post shipment.
Accidentally ordering and informing us after the order has shipped.
Order delivered to the wrong address due to invalid address given by customer.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
When a order is placed we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to offer cancellations to your order after 24 hours from initial order placement. Please be sure of your purchase before placing your order.
